Baggage Facilities

Our Baggage Facilities office is located in the International Arrivals Hall - Terminal 1.

We pride ourselves on our ability to handle all passenger baggage enquiries regarding lost or damaged bags. We are also available to offer full baggage tracing facilities for any unidentified bags.

Arvin Aviation also operates a delivery service on behalf of some of our customer airlines.  Our fleet of modern vehicles enables us to offer the complete service from when a passenger reports a bag missing through to retrieval and final delivery of lost and delayed items back to the customers address.
