The range of services offered include the following:
Airport Services at Departure
- Co-ordination and set up of group check-in facility with the airline and handling agent including use of a dedicated check-in desk with corporate branding if required.
- Provision of pre-flight hospitality including use of executive lounge or gate reception with refreshments as required.
- ‘On the day’ Supervision by a suitably qualified Arvin Aviation staff member from the point of arrival at the airport until boarding the aircraft.
Arrival Services at Arrival
- Meet and greet service including co-ordination of onward transport with police and airport authority to have transport positioned at the nearest point to the terminal building to effect a smooth arrival and immediate transfer.
- Arrival supervision by a suitably qualified Arvin Aviation staff member.
Destination Services
- Quality transport services from our network of reliable local operators.
- Hotel bookings to suit all budgets from a wide range of accommodation in the area.
- Venue sourcing and event planning support.
- Interpretation services.
